Was created in 2005, By Gaspare De Luca and his wife, with the aim to introduce regional products, into the British market. Following a big experience matured in the industry and the big buying power generated, Gaspare & Nathalie have decided to expand their warehouse and offer their products to wholesale & distribution.
Punta d’anca, seasoned product of beef meat. Salting is dry for a variable period. Cured product made from the part of the leg called “Punta d’Anca” (topside). The resulting Bresaola has a compact shape and is of better quality since the meat comes from the ”noble” leg muscles. The red coloured, lean and tender meat makes this product unique.
Bresaola is an air-dried, salted beef , superior cut, that has been aged two or three months until it becomes hard and turns a dark red, almost purple colour.

Made from Nebbiolo grapes grown on vineyards in Barbaresco, Neive, Treiso and Alba. Fermentations with lenghty stays on the skins followed by ageing in oak casks produce an intensely red wine with slight hints of garnet, a complex nose of ripe red fruit and spicy overtones, and a warm, mouth-filling flavour with soft tannins, great elegance and an excellent finish.
