Was created in 2005, By Gaspare De Luca and his wife, with the aim to introduce regional products, into the British market. Following a big experience matured in the industry and the big buying power generated, Gaspare & Nathalie have decided to expand their warehouse and offer their products to wholesale & distribution.
Hard cheese produced with semi-skimmed milk by natural surfacing system in specific tank called cremeur. The manufacturing technology is applied to avoid any heat treatment to cow’s milk. The cheese rind is branded with the production logo of the Grana Padano Production Association and the production date.
