Was created in 2005, By Gaspare De Luca and his wife, with the aim to introduce regional products, into the British market. Following a big experience matured in the industry and the big buying power generated, Gaspare & Nathalie have decided to expand their warehouse and offer their products to wholesale & distribution.
Parmigiano Reggiano is a hard cheese, cooked and slow aging, produced with raw milk, partially skimmed registered as a Protected Designation of Origin. It has cylindrical shape; the crust is natural straw colour, fragrant aroma, delicate and tasty. The minimum period is 12 months, but the aging ideal is reached around 24 months.
