Was created in 2005, By Gaspare De Luca and his wife, with the aim to introduce regional products, into the British market. Following a big experience matured in the industry and the big buying power generated, Gaspare & Nathalie have decided to expand their warehouse and offer their products to wholesale & distribution.
Crafted according to the strict rules of the Consortium of Prosciutto di Parma, our Mattonella is made from heavy Italian pigs and dry cured in the hills surrounding Parma. This Prosciutto is ideal as part of an antipasti platter, layered in sandwiches and panini, or cut in strips and served on top of pasta or salad.
