Following a big experience matured in the industry and the big buying power generated, Gaspare & Nathalie have decided to expand their warehouse and offer their products to wholesale & distribution.
Please note that orders that contain a high percentage of glass jars or bottles will automatically be sent on a pallet. We are happy to give information to customers about carriage and related costs before sending out orders if they need to have it in advance. However, during busy periods – i.e. Christmas -this is not always practical as to do that may cause delays in delivering , so we would appreciate it if you could check with us about carriage costs before confirming an order. We cannot refund delivery charges that have been added to your invoice in line with the rates and instructions stated above.
RETURNS: Customers are kindly asked to contact us, by phone or email, should they wish to return any item purchased from us that does not meet with their satisfaction or that may have been delivered to them by mistake. CLAIMS: It is important that all goods are checked on arrival, and that acceptance of delivery is signed for.
PALLETS: When dispatching your order we always count the number of boxes on the pallet before the carrier takes it away, fully wrapped, from our depot. So please make sure that when you receive your pallet it is still fully wrapped and/or all boxes/packages are accounted for; you also need to note any discrepancy on the carrier’s manifest. If this procedure is not fully carried out by the customer, we cannot accept responsibility for any missing goods.
EVIDENCE OF DAMAGE: Whenever possible please provide supporting evidence with some digital photos and/or missing goods must be brought to the carrier‘s attention at the time and the point of delivery and notified to us in writing within 2 working days.
PAYMENT – New Accounts: We kindly ask all new customers to pay for the first three orders on a pro-forma basis. We accept payment by BACS, by debit/credit card over the phone, cheques, and cash on delivery. Credit accounts: Will be opened subject to approval of a completed application form and acceptable references Payment- as above- by credit accounts must be received thirty days from date of invoice or delivery, whichever is the earliest. Persistent late payment will result in credit facilities being withdrawn and clients being asked to pay on a pro-forma basis. Credit facilities are given to clients who wish to order regularly from Guidetti Fine Foods. We reserve the right to withdraw this facility if there is little or no activity on the account for long periods of time, for instance, if orders are only placed once or twice a year clients will be asked to pay on a pro-forma basis. Title to goods delivered will remain with Guidetti Fine Foods until paid for in full. Please Note: Customers do not adhere to the payment terms may have deliveries stopped until any overdue balance is cleared in full. All prices in brochure are excluding VAT and may change according to the season and availability.

TASTING: We are keen to give clients an opportunity to taste our products and are happy to do this at our premises, where the full range is available. Please be in touch to arrange a convenient time. We also send samples, where available, with deliveries( SAMPLES WILL BE AT CUSTOMER CHARGES BUT DEDUCTED IF ORDERED IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER)
MARKETING MATERIAL: Where available we are happy to supply brochures and any marketing material for products listed in our catalogue. If you would like to reproduce any images off our website or have images of products sent by email please ask us before using them in any publicity or on your own website.
RECYCLING: We use only recyclable cold boxes for chilled products and no poly boxes which are not biodegradable. We also re-use used boxes so you may receive a box that has already been used.
ALCOHOL SALES POLICY:
1.1 You must be 18 years old or over and must have completed the registration process in order to participate in our service.
1.2 Transactions involving alcohol may only be made during normal licensing hours.
1.3 We will not be selling any alcoholic drink to anyone who is not 18 years old or over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are buying a case of wine or spirit or liqueur or beer as a gift the recipient must also be over 18 years old. If our drivers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. If the person receiving the alcoholic drink is unable to produce appropriate ID, we regret our driver will be unable to leave the alcoholic drink. Once the alcoholic drink has been delivered, according to your original delivery instructions, it becomes the recipient’s responsibility.
